Chef Erick Simmons will create a fantastic menu with your group’s needs and desires in mind. Erick produces several seasonal prix fixe menus to highlight the finest, freshest food available. The menus allow guests to sample a myriad of different flavors and textures in multi-courses that fully showcase Chef Simmons’s creativity. In keeping with our philosophy of individualized service, we are happy to make substitutions for dietary restrictions.

Pricing for your experience is as follows:

• 3-course meal including soup or salad, entrée, dessert is priced at $60 per guest
• 4-course meal including the above plus a beginning course is price at $75 per guest
• please note that surcharges and supplements apply to certain selections as stated on the menus
• custom menus are available and will be priced upon request


• additional 10.25% sales tax and 20 % service charge
• alternative selections available in the event of dietary restrictions
• menu substitutions may be made only upon the approval of the chef
